Who the patient is: Andrew Portland, 45 years old, been planned to have a right inguinal hernia repair. Additional information: Anaesthetist is due to have a chat and assess the patient. The consultant will come later to take his consent and some Hx for operation. Special note: Nurse has found BP 155/88.

What you should do: Do operation assessment, describe operation, address his concern.
