Who the patient is: Elizabeth Alexander, 96-year-old lady, who was admitted to the hospital a few days ago. She is terminally ill with metastatic cancer. She is on nasogastric tube for feeding, subcutaneous morphine, midazolam and fluids. Her son Charles, who is currently in Switzerland on holiday, would like an update his mother's condition. He is expecting a call from you.
